Personnel Doors

A personnel door is a unique type of commercial door that you should look into using if you have busy internal spaces with lots of movement. They are different from the average door in that they are made from steel, timber or aluminium and have heavy-duty hinges that can sustain a large amount of wear and tear. Their material also means that they have insulating properties and can help maintain temperatures of 0°c and above.

Roller Shutter Doors

A roller shutter garage door consists of many horizontal slats hinged together. The hinges provide a layer of protection and better insulation. The door is operated by rolling the slats around a barrel directly up or down via a spring or electric motor. This means that the door doesn’t need any extra space in front of it as it opens straight up, and the barrel at the top also means that any space at the top of the garage is kept free.

Side Hinged Doors

As their name suggests, side-hinged doors are traditional-style garage doors that have hinges at the sides. They are also known as swing doors or side opening doors.

Up & Over Doors

Up & over garage doors are the most popular type of door. They open from the bottom and push up to go over your head, hence their name. They are typically made from one fixed panel. Up & over doors come in a range of different materials, colours, and variations.
