RD67 Entry
The RD67 entrance door frame is made of composite aluminium profiles with 24mm thick thermal break. The door leaf is 67mm thick with double steel skin filled with freon free PU foam. All windows and sidelights are triple glazed with safety glass. You can choose clear, obscure, opaque or tinted glazing options. Etched effect custom glazing is available on request.
The door leaf structure is a composition of polyurethane foam, cold rolled steel, hot dip galvanisation, chemical treatment, and powder coated. Triple rubber sealing contour provides perfect insulation for the door. D-shape silicone rubber is not ageing or shrinking, therefore the door insulation does not change during a lifetime.
The door’s adjustable hinges are strong enough to support doors weighing up to 90kg. They allow the door to open up to 180°. The heavy duty durable aluminium and PVC composite threshold profile perfectly seals the bottom of the door, protecting your home from drafts, moisture, dust and insects. The threshold height is 12mm on the inside and 22.5mm on the outside.
