RYTERNA Side Hinged

RYTERNA side hinged garage doors are a great solution if you need pedestrian access into your garage, or would prefer to use your garage as a room, storage, or a workshop. There are various possibilities for your side hinged door, including horizontal, vertical, or chevron layouts. RYTERNA also offers the option of windows in any layout to create the perfect door for you.

You can have a side hinged door split equally, or in a proportion ⅓ to ⅔. Many people prefer an uneven split so that it is easier for using the garage as a pedestrian entrance, with the option to open the garage fully when needed. All RYTERNA doors are made to measure, ensuring a perfect fit.

Extras
  • Optional espagnolette lock to keep the second leaf in a closed position.
  • A range of different thresholds to accommodate cars, raised floors or general use.
  • 3 point locking, which is recommended for doors above 2.3m high. RC2 Security class rated with a KFC BS2300 multipoint locking with two steel round bolts.
  • Anti Panic Lock with an outside knob and internal lever handle. This is not compatible with 3 point locking
  • Lock ASSA Modular 565 HIGH SECURITY with a chrome plated handle and lock plate cover. Not compatible with 3 point lock,
  • Key cylinder with thumb turn. This convenience option is for fast internal locking without the key.
  • Fixed knob handle available in a range of colours.
  • Brushed stainless pull handles between 500mm – 1800mm in length, give a different visual appearance to the doors.
  • Multiple frame types, which allow the door to be mounted in a range of different positions without compromising functionality.
  • Adjustable leaf opening angle 90-140 degrees.
  • A range of thresholds to accommodate internal raised floors, cars or drives of varying heights.
  • Stainless steel cover for the standard S5 threshold to protect threshold paint.
  • Frame architrave mouldings for flush fitting finishes
  • Automation Kits so that an Operator, such as Hormann’s range of Promatic and Supramatic operators can be used.
  • Integrated Electromagnetic latches (require 24V DC power source)
  • Lockable ventilation grills (painted in door colour)

  • Okoume Hardwood classing. This resiilliant hardwood comes in 12mm and 188mm plywood and is used to create classic and modern door designs

 

Windows

The windows on your Ryterna garage doors  can be painted in any colour (can be different from door colour).

Stainless steel window options in a range of sizes with clear, matt/tinted or obscure glaing:

  • Round stainless steel windows, single glazed with safety glass
  • Square stainless steel windows, single glazed with safety glass
  • Oblong stainless steel windows, double glazed with safety glass

 

PVC window – scratch proof acrylic double glazed units.

These are available with either clear, matt or obscure glazing in plain, cross or sunrise designs

 

FV Full vision double-glazed Panels
These are painted to a custom colour of your choice and don’t have to match the garage door.

Available in a range of scratch proof acrylic double glazing in clear, matt, tinted and obscure finished.

4 different design choices;

  • FV-standard
  • FV-BS (with dense mullions)
  • FV-cross
  • FV-infill, with a custom painted double skin insulated filling instead of glazing.

Ryterna also offer a range of non standard shaped windows in custom colours, These are constructed using double glazing, safety glass and stainless steel framing.
