Series 2000 steel doors from Hörmann come in either ribbed or panelled designs. They are a very elegant door, with a design to match virtually any home. The doors are galvanised steel with a high-quality polyester powder-coating and come protected against adverse weather conditions and corrosion.
Within the same Series 2000 range is also the timber range, made from cedar wood, chosen for its natural durability.
Matching side doors are also available for all timber doors, and all steel designs except 2101, 2103, 2504.

The steel frame comes powder-coated in the same colour as the garage door, as standard. It also comes with 2 size options, 60 and 75mm.
All Hörmann Series 2000 Steel Panel Up & Over Garage doors come with a 10 year warranty which covers its safe and reliable function, as well as the painted finish on the exterior of the steel panel. This Hörmann warranty is valid from the date of purchase. Your new Hörmann Steel Panel Garage Door also comes with a comprehensive 5 year warranty on the springs, wire cables, track rollers, hinges and guide rollers.

Hörmann Steel Panel Up and Over Canopy garage doors have a single torsion spring shaft fixed to the head frame with cable and rollers running in vertical tracks on the inside frame legs.
Hörmann Steel Panel Up and Over Retractable garage doors have a multiple spring safety system with tight coils to eliminate the risk of finger trap. The Hörmann retractable garage door range is designed to be automated with a Hörmann operator (see automation).
